About me

I am an experienced analytics professional with over 10 years of experience in corporate, start-up and academic environments. After completing my Ph.D., I started my career in the private sector as a data analyst in a SaaS focused business in the e-health sector and covered analytics along the customer journey from marketing funnel analyses to sales, customer success and retention analytics. Building up the firm's business analytics team from scratch allowed me to get a deep understanding on required skills and management techniques of highly successful analytics teams. Serving as the Head of Revenue Operations in a global digital healthcare unicorn start-up allowed me to deepen my leadership skills also in the areas of go-to-market operations and to guide successful collaborations with multicultural teams across 13 different markets.

In addition, working as a freelancing business consultant for firms of various sizes and different industries over the last years, allowed me to build up an extensive cross-industry knowledge about best practices on analytics and data strategies. Projects ranged from customer and market analytics, setting up reporting landscapes to data-driven performance deep-dives and financial modeling. Besides diving into analytical projects, I am truly passionate about developing people and spreading knowledge about economics, statistics and data. I strongly believe that data-driven firms require highly skilled and trained teams to be sustainably successful. My industry experience is backed by a rigorous academic training that I received during my Ph.D. at the LMU Munich and previous education steps in the United States and Europe.

When I am not working, you will probably find me in the mountains, on the tennis court or spending time with friends & family.
